Responsibilities

• Following production plans and product specs set out daily from the Kitchen management team.
• Ensuring that all relative food safety documentation is completed accurately.
• Supporting with event service in multiple venues.
• Working on a variety of different menu styles from sandwiches to high-end fine dining.
