Job summary

You will be responsible for supervising staff across multiple sites, ensuring high cleaning standards, and delivering training when necessary. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience required in a similar role.

• Cover cleaning when required.
• Supervise staff across multiple sites.
• Deliver stock as needed.
• React quickly and efficiently to site issues.
• Support with stock requirements.

Shifts between 15 : 00pm -23 : 00pm

Monday to Friday

Part-time hours 6 hours per shift.

Responsibilities

• Cover cleaning when required
• Supervising staff across multiple sites
• Delivery of stock when required
• Reacting quickly and efficiently to site issues
• Support with stock requirement
• Deliver training to the frontline when appropriate

Person Specification

• Ability to work well in a highly pressurised environment, problem solving at all levels
• Ability to support, motivate and lead a team to develop and achieve through regular coaching and one-to-ones
• Excellent communication skills, at all levels and both internally and externally
• Ability to work on own initiative with minimum supervision
• Strong team working ethic and flexibility
