We’re looking for a dependable and detail‑oriented Evening Cleaner to join our facilities team. This role is vital in helping us maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment for all building users. You’ll be responsible for delivering high‑quality cleaning across a variety of areas, following set procedures and working as part of a small, supportive team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic, previous cleaning experience, and a flexible, proactive approach. If you’re reliable, take pride in your work, and enjoy working independently, we’d like to hear from you.
What you’ll do:
  • Carry out evening cleaning duties to agreed standards and in line with the Evening Cleaning SOP
  • Clean hard floor surfaces and dust low‑level areas
  • Empty waste bins, following correct waste separation procedures
  • Ensure cleaning in meeting rooms meets required presentation levels
  • Use time management systems (e.g. Kronos) to log hours accurately
  • Report incidents or issues via handover notes or to the Cleaning Supervisor
  • Maintain safe working practices in line with H&S, Fire Safety, and First Aid policies
  • Work collaboratively with the cleaning team and support colleagues when needed
