An exciting opportunity has opened for a Part Time End User Compute Engineer to join our friendly, supportive ICT/Technology Department. If you’re energetic and passionate about technology, we’d love you on our team.

As an EUC Engineer, you’ll be expected to be able to set up, install, and troubleshoot desktop PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and printers for council staff, Directors, and Members.

You’ll be required to manage software and hardware throughout their lifecycle, handling packaging, deployment, updates, and fixes to keep everyone working smoothly.

On a daily basis you will be required to answer ICT queries, resolve a wide range of tech issues, and deliver outstanding customer service.

Keep asset records accurate and up to date, ensuring everything is tracked and compliant with company policies.

The successful applicant will create and maintain user guides and procedures to help colleagues get the most from our tech.

Please note due to the nature of this role, it is on site only, therefore no remote or hybrid working will be possible.
