Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in IT Infrastructure support.
  • Expertise in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Knowledge of enterprise LAN/WAN setups.
  • Ability to lift computer equipment up to 50 lbs.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
