Shift patterns: Monday to Friday, Rotating Shift, 6:00am to 2:00pm, 7:00am to 15:00pm, 10:00am to 18:00pm & 12:00pm to 20:00pm, includes a 22.5% Shift Premium

We're now looking for a Data Operator

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
  • Throughout the shift, dependent on the task, checking the relevant mailboxes to ensure all mails are dealt with, recorded on the appropriate tracking sheets & filed away.
  • Ensure all paperwork is forwarded on as required and tracking sheets update accordingly.
  • To ensure all shipments have all the customs documents they require before they attempt to cross.
  • Identify which Carriers are not complying to the required Brexit Process – attempting to resolve and/or escalating to the carrier or vendor management teams.
  • To suggest improvements to the Brexit Process as it evolves over time & working with Management to implement these changes.
