A leading public health university is looking for a Research Governance professional to provide support for research ethics and ensure adherence to high standards of practice. The candidate will collaborate with research ethics committees and work with governance teams. Applicants should have a relevant science or medical degree and experience in a research setting. This is an exciting opportunity for a self‑motivated Research Governance professional who has previous experience of supporting research ethics review processes and is committed to ensuring that LSHTM researchers meet the highest standards of good practice in research and research ethics.
The post is full‑time 35 hours per week, 1 FTE and fixed‑term until 02 July 2026, available from 03 January 2026.
The salary will be on the LSHTM salary scale, Grade 6 in the range £45,728 – £51,872 per annum (inclusive of London Weighting). The post will be subject to the LSHTM terms and conditions of service. Annual leave entitlement is 30 working days per year, pro rata for part‑time staff. In addition to this there are discretionary “Wellbeing Days”. Membership of the Pension Scheme is available. The post is based in London.
