We’re a well-established family-run business specialising in building and restoration for home repair insurance claims — and we’re growing!

We’re on the lookout for a skilled and detail-driven Estimator to join our close-knit team and help ensure our customers get the repairs they need, covered properly and handled professionally.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Reviewing survey scopes, primarily in Xactimate, for insurance repair claims.

• Identifying missing items to make sure claims are fully captured and nothing gets left behind.

• Uploading and managing scope details in insurance client systems.

• Providing constructive feedback to surveyors on incomplete or missing report details.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as an Estimator within a building repair network, especially with home repair insurance claims.

• Solid working knowledge of Xactimate is essential

• Comfortable working with client-side (insurer) systems.

• An eye for detail and sharp analytical thinking, with a good understanding of insurance-related processes.

• Strong communication skills — clear, professional, and helpful.

• Self-motivated, well-organised, and able to work independently from home.

The Workload:

• Managing 50–80 scopes per month.

• Managing high-value claims with significant financial responsibility.
