• Intermediate or experienced estimator seeking advancement.

Responsibilities

• Produce cost plans from RIBA stage 0 to stage 3.
• Lead tender enquiry processes and deliver value engineering solutions.
• Manage subcontractor comparisons and pricing site preliminaries.

Skills

Strong organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Ability to think commercially

Experience with Causeway

Experience with Excel estimating software
