Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and competitive cost estimates, cost plans, and tender submissions for commercial and industrial refurbishment and fit‑out projects.
• Analyse tender documentation and engage with subcontractors and suppliers to produce cost plans and value engineering options.
• Support the pre‑construction process from tender stage through to handover, ensuring all submissions are accurate, professional, and aligned with company standards.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and the management team throughout the tender process.
• Support pre‑construction documentation, value engineering, procurement planning, and project handovers.

Qualifications

• Estimator experience within construction.
• Understanding of refurbishment, fit‑out, or design & build projects preferred.
• Full UK driving licence, based in Maidenhead.
• Experience in commercial and industrial refurbishment and fit‑out projects.
