Location: Ashby de la Zouch, Leicestershire

Join a growing Design + Build commercial fit-out contractor with a current turnover of 5m, aiming to expand in sectors including commercial, offices, education, and local authority.

The Role
  • Ensure all estimating processes and procedures are followed to deliver accurate submissions after tender settlement.
  • Collaborate within the established commercial and operations team to prepare competitive tender offers.
  • Conduct site visits to verify asset information provided in tender documentation.
  • Analyze tender returns received during the tender process.
  • Participate in start-up pre-price and price meetings.
  • Manage projects across various locations in the UK.
  • Possess a sound knowledge of JCT/D&B contracts and demonstrate experience in managing interior fit-out works contracts (preferable).
  • Manage multiple contracts concurrently, requiring efficient time management.
  • Experience working on construction contracts is beneficial but not essential.
  • Review contracts, amendments, and identify risks to the business.
  • Maintain a methodical and organized approach to financial management of projects.
  • Coordinate internal handovers with sales and operations teams.
  • Procure subcontract packages, including LPM, Labour-only, and materials supply.
