Overview

Job Title: Estimates Administrator (Fire Door)

About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Estimates Administrator to join our fire door team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working collaboratively, and takes pride in delivering accurate and timely estimates to support our client. The role will be looking at fire doors specifically.

Responsibilities
  • Preparing and managing quotations from engineers and subcontractors and cost estimates based on customer requirements.
  • Liaising with internal engineers & subcontractors, to gather information & quotes to create accurate estimates.
  • Ensuring that all estimates comply with company pricing and customer expectations.
  • Tracking estimated jobs through to completion, ensuring that works are completed within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Handling internal & external queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Providing admin support to the team when required.
Qualifications / About You
