Estimator - Civil Engineering & Infrastructure Projects – Hampshire – £50,000 - £85,000 + package (DOE). We will consider Junior Estimators too! Full-time, Permanent, (Contract Considered).

With a turnover exceeding £100M and a strong reputation across energy, coastal infrastructure, ports, water utilities, and commercial builds, this business is entering a new phase of strategic growth—and they\'re seeking an experienced Estimator to help shape the future.

What you\'ll be doing
  • Joining a dynamic pre-construction team, supporting tenders across a diverse portfolio of civils and infrastructure projects. From coastal defence schemes to energy sector builds, your input will directly influence project success and client confidence.
  • Preparing detailed cost estimates for civils and infrastructure projects
  • Reviewing tender documentation and identifying commercial risks
  • Liaising with supply chain partners and internal teams to build accurate pricing models
  • Supporting bid submissions and client presentations
  • Contributing to continuous improvement in estimating processes
What we\'re looking for
  • Proven experience as an Estimator in civil engineering or groundworks
  • Strong understanding of NEC contracts and tendering procedures
  • Commercial awareness and ability to assess risk and opportunity
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proficiency in estimating software and Excel
