Senior Electrical & Mechanical Estimators required - Permanent Role | Holborn, London

Are you an experienced Mechanical or Electrical Estimator looking to take the next step in your career? A respected and established building services contractor based in Holborn, London is seeking Senior Estimators to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

• Senior Mechanical Estimator
• Senior Electrical Estimator

Location: Holborn

Employment Type: Full time, Permanent

About the Role

As an Estimator you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for a range of commercial and residential M&E projects across London and the South East. Working closely with the pre-construction and project teams, you will play a key role in securing new work and supporting business growth.

Senior Estimator's Key Responsibilities

• Analyse tender documentation and develop detailed cost estimates
• Prepare bills of quantities and take offs from drawings
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing
• Attend site visits, tender interviews, and client meetings
• Provide input on project planning and value engineering
• Ensure estimates meet both client requirements and company margins

Estimator Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years\' experience in mechanical or electrical estimating
• Strong knowledge of UK construction and MEP systems
• Proficient with estimating software
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tenders simultaneously
