Due to continued growth, we're expanding our estimating team and seeking a Estimator to help us deliver accurate, timely, and competitive quotes to our clients.

The Role

As an Estimator, you'll attend client sites, gather key information, and prepare quotes for maintenance works and small-to-medium refurbishment projects. You'll take the lead on delivering efficient, high-quality pricing that helps secure work and ensures our service remains responsive.

This is a hands‑on, field‑based position requiring someone with a proactive mindset, strong initiative, and deep experience in quoting for maintenance‑related work.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit client properties to inspect works required and take basic measurements
• Assess and record reactive and planned maintenance requirements
