• Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

The business is growing, and they are looking for an experienced Estimator to join their dynamic team.

The Role

As the Estimator, you will be instrumental in ensuring the success of projects from the very beginning. Working closely with the Managing Director, you will develop comprehensive tenders, conduct site surveys, and assist in business development initiatives. This is a hands‑on role that requires a keen understanding of fit‑out and internal works, especially when there is limited information to work with.

Key Responsibilities

• Tendering & Estimating: Develop accurate and detailed tenders for a range of interior fit‑out and joinery projects, working from first principles.
