A prominent healthcare provider in the UK is looking for a qualified and experienced Estates Manager (Mechanical) to join their London Estates Maintenance Department. The successful candidate will oversee Mechanical Services maintenance and manage both in-house personnel and external contractors. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with Health & Safety standards, managing budgets, and improving maintenance service quality across multiple sites. This role is crucial in maintaining the operational integrity of the estate services, contributing to the effective delivery of healthcare in the region.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified and experienced Estates Manager (Mechanical) to join the busy and vibrant London Estates Maintenance Department at West London NHS Trust. The Post holder will carry out Mechanical Services maintenance (Hard FM) and the management of the London Estates Maintenance operational in-house personnel and external contractors ensuring individual training needs are analysed, planned and implemented in line with Trust and Departmental Policies and Procedures.
