We don’t just look after buildings, we look after the people who call them home, treating each property as if it were our own.

Our ambition is to be regarded as the most professional managing agent in the country, with a team of exceptional people who are energised by what they do. We’re all about communication, collaboration, teamwork – and having fun while we work. By creating an inviting environment for our people to be inspired, learn and flourish, we can make all the difference.

The Role

We’re looking for a Regional Lead to oversee a portfolio of residential estates and lead a team in delivering outstanding service to our customers.

This is more than just estate management – this is about taking ownership, driving results, and being the heartbeat of estate operations.

What You\'ll Be Doing

As our Regional Lead, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Financial Management – Preparing service charge budgets, monitoring expenditure, and ensuring financial performance aligns with both present needs and future obligations.
  • Maintenance Oversight – Implementing and managing both planned and reactive maintenance across your estate portfolio.
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Leading meetings, drafting high-quality correspondence, and maintaining strong relationships with residents, Directors, and external partners.
  • Team Leadership – Supporting, developing, and motivating a high-performing team of Estate Managers to meet KPIs and uphold service excellence.
What Makes You a Great Fit

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and brings the following to the table:

  1. Financial & Management Acumen – You understand budgets, monitor expenditure closely, and can explain complex financials clearly and confidently.
  2. Accountability & Diligence – You take ownership, follow through, and don’t rest until the job is done – properly.
  3. Excellent Communicator – Whether chairing a meeting or writing to clients, your communication is clear, professional, and always customer-focused.
  4. Business Maturity – You think strategically, make sound decisions, and understand the bigger picture.
  5. Inspirational Leadership – You know how to motivate a team, nurture talent, and lead by example.
  6. Customer Champion – You understand that great service builds trust and always put the customer experience first.
Why Work with Us

Great Team Environment: You’ll be part of a friendly, supportive team that works hard and has fun along the way.
