Overview

Estate Agent Senior Negotiator / Lister

The personal commission structure is generous: 2.5% for booking the Property Market Appraisal (PMA), 5% for listing the property on the market, and a further 5% on completion, for a potential combined 12.5% personal commission. The basic salary is GBP 18,000 with an initial salary guarantee. On target earnings are typically between GBP 50,000 and GBP 55,000 based on achieving 5 sales per month. A percentage of office commission will be offered after a period.
