Job summary

A leading Estate Agency is searching for a Sales Manager based in Islington & Shoreditch. The ideal candidate should have previous Sales Management experience in the Estate Agency industry. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing databases, and overseeing sales to completion. Candidates must be UK residents, hold a full UK driving license, and have access to their own vehicle. Competitive salary starting at £40,000 with OTE of £58,750 and additional incentives.

Qualifications

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Acting quickly to identify new business opportunities.
  • Promoting the success of each successful transaction by following the company's Success Marketing Protocols.
  • Utilising the company's database and prospecting lists.
  • Adopting the company's marketing strategies to actively promote the brand and generate new business opportunities
  • Updating and co-ordinating with vendors on a weekly basis, providing regular and constructive feedback, managing expectations as required
  • Working closely and in conjunction with all company departments and ensure first-class communications with them.
  • Ensuring that signed Marketing Terms of Business and ID / Money Laundering Checks are completed for all vendors
  • Demonstrate an understanding and a willingness to learn on matters such as service charges, Fire Safety requirements and conveyancing and legislation
  • Demonstrate excellent data input quality and commitment to maintain, improve and add to the company's CMS system.
  • Generate new applicant enquiries and manage existing databases in line with company protocols.#
  • Carrying out viewings and agreeing sales
  • Respond promptly to applicant enquiries and generate viewings.
  • Overseeing the progress of the department's sales through to completion and reporting progress to the directors
  • Demonstrate a drive, attitude and determination to achieve the targets and goals set out by the company.

  • OTE £58,750
  • Winter Hours - Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
  • Summer Hours Monday to Thursday 9am - 7pm (6pm - 7pm on a rota basis)
  • 1 Saturday per month 10am - 2pm (half day back when worked)
