Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum

Our client is a dynamic and expanding real estate agency with branches in West Drayton and Hounslow. We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Branch Manager to oversee both branches, driving success and growth. If you’re passionate about property, have a strong work ethic, and thrive in a leadership role, this could be the perfect fit!

As the Branch Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of sales, including property sales, valuations, financial service appointments, sign‑ups, conveyancing quotes, and instructions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations at both the branches, ensuring efficient processes and high performance.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage teams across both locations to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and foster strong client relationships.
  • Recruit, manage, and train staff, ensuring effective teamwork and collaboration.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism.
  • Identify growth opportunities for both branches, driving business development.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Lead by example, offering support and development to team members.
  • Oversee the daily operations of residential sales and conduct team meetings.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards and current legislation.
  • Identify potential buyers and sellers, securing maximum quality viewings, valuations, instructions, and financial services appointments.
  • Conduct canvassing and accompany viewings.
  • Manage withdrawals through negotiation and manage client expectations.
  • Manage sales progression and communicate regularly with solicitors, buyers, and sellers.
  • Secure offers and maximize value streams.
  • Conduct property valuations and prepare pre‑valuation information.
  • Analyze market and business data to prepare vendor reports.
Key Requirements
  • Proven managerial experience in real estate or a related field.
  • Strong work ethic and drive for results and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire teams across multiple branches.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, solution‑focused attitude.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage both branches effectively.
  • Ability to take constructive criticism and continuously improve.
  • A team player who fosters a collaborative environment.
  • At least 3 years of experience at the branch manager level.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation affecting residential sales and lettings.
  • Proven experience in sales progression and valuations.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • A valid UK driving license.
Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Alternate Saturdays (2 per month)
  • Bank holidays off
  • Generous annual leave package
