ERP Implementation Lead | £50k–£65k | Hertfordshire (UK-wide travel)

Are you an experienced ERP Implementation Lead ready to drive large‑scale digital transformation? Lead enterprise‑wide ERP rollouts across supply chain, finance, manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, and contact centre operations for a growing foodservice business.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead end‑to‑end ERP implementations

• Analyse, document, and optimise business processes across subsidiaries

• Oversee system configuration, data migration, testing, and user adoption

• Coordinate with internal development teams on integrations, automation, and reporting solutions

• Deliver end‑user training and manage change initiatives

• Provide ongoing post‑implementation support and continuous improvement

• Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:

• Significant experience leading ERP implementations across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, warehouse, and distribution

• Proven ability to manage full ERP project lifecycles (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP)

• Strong process analysis, improvement, and stakeholder management skills

• Leadership experience driving engagement across project teams

• SQL/APIs, multi‑site ERP rollouts
