Overview

Dynamic is looking for an experienced ERP Business Analyst responsible for ensuring system integrity and consideration of cross-functional implications to changes in business process through ERP implementation and future utilization. This role acts as a change agent for Finance, taking the lead on communication with IT as it pertains to system implementation and refinement, as well as leading training and documentation of financial processes.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the relationship between Finance leaders and IT regarding requirements, integration, upgrades, and testing of modules to ensure proper integration of process changes and functionality for the Finance and Accounting organization.
  • Act as the IFS SME for financial processes and assess cross-functional implications of process changes on financial reporting.
  • Create and maintain process and training documentation, and lead training and support for Finance and Accounting end users in IFS.
  • Provide technical support for building and refining financial reporting utilizing IFS integrations.
  • Translate business needs into scalable IFS processes as defined by Finance leadership for future phases of system implementation.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of the manufacturing industry, including industry best practices and trends
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Understanding of GAAP and cost accounting
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Knowledge of process improvement, project management methodologies, and the ability to facilitate team discussions to clearly record current state flows.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Information Systems, required
  • 5+ years of experience in financial systems, with familiarity in ERP financial, accounting, and controlling modules, required
  • Strong financial and accounting business process knowledge, required
  • Manufacturing industry experience, required
  • Experience implementing ERP finance modules
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL, Power BI, or other BI tools is a plus
