What You’ll Do
  • Be the first point of contact for businesses, schools and the public—answering queries and providing guidance.
  • Coordinate and support our income-generating training courses (like first aid), ensuring smooth delivery and compliance with Ofqual standards.
  • Assist learners with reasonable adjustments and maintain training equipment.
  • Manage bookings, process payments, and handle financial data for invoicing.
  • Work closely with our officers to keep everything running efficiently.
