Responsibilities

• Work with Solution Owners to design new management systems for our largest customers.
• Produce designs and plans that give customers confidence we understand and can deliver while keeping the design practical and cost effective for the customer and the organisation.
• Working with stakeholders to analyse requirements, negotiate and bring consensus in bids and delivery projects.
• Design and deploy new tools and the necessary integrations between the tools to create a working system.
• Produce technical documentation to a high standard, formally documenting your designs and plans.

Qualifications / Experience

• Experience with enterprise management toolsets including but not limited to Zabbix, Elastic, Splunk, Microsoft System Centre Suite, Service Now.
• Experience with business IT infrastructures and tools required to manage them efficiently, particularly monitoring, patching and automation systems for Windows and Linux.
• Experience working with sensitive systems in secure environments.
• Ability to design and deploy new tools and the necessary integrations between tools to create a working system.
• Eligibility to go through DV clearance - sole British nationals only.
