A leading financial technology company in London is seeking an Account Manager to develop strong customer relationships and deliver impactful payments insights. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience in account management or financial services. This role emphasizes collaboration across teams and achieving strategic business objectives, with a hybrid work schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships by earning trust with our customers, and providing impactful payments insights to help them grow. Our Account Managers are empowered to own the customer relationship and provide best-in-class service. In this role, you’ll understand the unique customer need and identify commercial opportunities, including expansion opportunities and the addition of value-adding products. You’ll bring a strategic mindset and commercial approach to the role.
