  • Work closely with support staff, SENCOs, and external agencies to implement personalised learning plans.
  • Track progress and provide constructive feedback to help every learner succeed.
Qualifications
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS) and strong subject knowledge in English.
  • Experience teaching students with SEMH needs or within alternative provisions is highly desirable.
  • Excellent behaviour management skills, patience, and a compassionate approach as an English Teacher.
  • Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning styles.
