Job description

Help people manage their health and return to work. Work for a charity recognised as a great employer (best company awards) and a place you can make a career out of. We are looking for passionate individuals to join the MSK Trailblazer programme, supporting people with musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions to overcome barriers and achieve their employment goals.

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday (9–5) outreach role, based in the community. You’ll typically cover 1–2 boroughs, working face-to-face with clients and partners. There may be the odd home working day, but this is not fixed.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Support individuals with MSK and related health conditions to return to, remain in, or find employment.
  • Provide tailored coaching, careers advice, and wellbeing support.
  • Collaborate with NHS clinicians, employers, and referral partners.
  • Help participants to build confidence, manage their health, and sustain employment.
We’re looking for:
  • Experience supporting people with health, housing, justice, or employability challenges.
  • Strong case management and coaching skills.
  • Confidence working with health professionals and employers.
  • Experience in a challenging role supporting vulnerable clients to achieve goals, while working to performance targets yourself and managing your own wellbeing.
  • Your experience should show that you’ve achieved and sustained targets in a role over time.

Roles based in West & North London.
