Employment Solicitor (Mid‑Senior Level, Contract)

Location: Remote (London‑based firm)

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Approximately 6 months

Day Rate: Competitive

A leading UK law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to provide support on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 4+ years' PQE in contentious employment work who is confident managing tribunal matters independently.

The role

You will be supporting a partner with a busy contentious caseload, including:

• Employment Tribunal claims
• Unfair dismissal
• Discrimination matters
• Approximately 5-6 active cases requiring immediate assistance

The work is fully remote, offering flexibility while still engaging with high‑quality, complex employment litigation.

Person specification

• A qualified solicitor with 4+ PQ tentang PQE in contentious employment law
• Strong experience handling ET claims from start to finish
• Ability to work autonomously and manage deadlines confidently
• Availability to commit to a full‑time contract for around 6 months
