Responsibilities

You will assist in providing advice to a wide range of public and private sector clients on all aspects of employment law, including

• advising on employment contracts
• performance and absence management
• disciplinary and grievance procedures
• managing restructuring redundancies and executive severance
• advising on discrimination matters
• dealing with employment tribunal and High Court litigation
• implementing HR policies
• managing risk from employment legislation
• business transfers and TUPE

Qualifications
