Qualifications

• 3+ years’ PQE in Employment law is required.
• Comfortable managing files independently with supervision.
• Experience in commercial or reputable regional firms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advising employers on employment matters, both contentious and non‑contentious.
• Handling Tribunal claims, settlement agreements, and disputes.
• Drafting contracts, policies, and HR advisory matters.
• Supporting corporate colleagues on employment aspects of transactions.
• Building relationships with SMEs and larger clients.
