Job description

Exciting opportunity for a talented and ambitious Employment Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE to join a leading regional law firm based in Plymouth. Responsibilities:
  1. Provide sound, commercially-minded employment advice across diverse clients, including central government, manufacturing, retail, and media organizations.
  2. Manage your own caseload while supporting partner leads in both contentious and non-contentious matters.
  3. Advise on equalities obligations, internal disciplinary processes, TUPE, and support business development activities.
  4. Provide training on employment issues and support restructuring and employer relations.
  5. Extensively handle contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including ET claims.
  6. Deliver practical, high-quality solutions tailored to client needs.
  7. Possess advocacy experience (advantageous but not essential).
