As an Employment Associate your duties will include:

  • Provide expert legal advice on a range of employment law matters.
  • Manage a varied caseload, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts and policies.
  • Represent clients in employment tribunal claims and other disputes.
  • Support clients with redundancy processes, TUPE transfers, and other employment-related issues.
  • Provide training and updates on employment law developments to clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver tailored legal solutions.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Profile
