A leading global bank in Birmingham seeks an Employee Relations Specialist to oversee cases and conduct investigations. The successful candidate will advise on complaints and collaborate on Employee Relations issues. Strong knowledge of employment law and experience in managing complex investigations are crucial. The Employee Relations (ER) team is part of Deutsche Bank’s Performance and Reward department and performs three main functions: to manage investigations, grievances and disciplinaries; to advise on Employee Relations issues, and to deliver training. The team is supported by a Governance and Control team.
ER conducts investigations into disciplinary allegations for Deutsche Bank globally. This involves performing investigations, making findings of fact, drafting reports and delivering outcomes, including managing the disciplinary procedures globally. In doing so, ER will work in close collaboration with the Bank’s other investigative functions, as well as with Compliance, Legal and Performance and Reward.
