A leading construction and engineering firm is seeking an Employee Communications Manager to craft and deliver communication strategies for various stakeholders. You will work collaboratively with senior leaders to ensure messaging aligns with corporate objectives, oversee management of internal communications channels, and support events and campaigns. The role offers the flexibility of hybrid working within a dynamic team in Greater London, with a focus on enhancing internal engagement and strategic communications.

To provide mid to senior level communications advice and to work with Enabling Function leaders and teams to enable development and delivery of effective employee communications to identified audiences.
