Job summary

A respected commercial insurance brokerage is seeking an Employee Benefits Executive to manage a portfolio of SME and corporate clients in an environment that prioritizes professionalism and client care. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to deliver expert advice and build relationships while benefiting from generous remuneration and professional development support. Qualifications

  • Experience in commercial insurance with exposure to non-investment employee benefits products.
  • Strong ability to identify and convert up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

  • Managing a portfolio of SME, commercial and corporate clients specializing in non-investment employee benefits.
  • Conducting detailed reviews of client needs and offering tailored recommendations.
  • Building strong relationships and delivering expert advice to clients.
