We are seeking a talented Employee Benefits Consultant to manage and develop a portfolio of Group Risk and Healthcare clients. You will focus on ensuring clients feel supported at all times, providing advice and recommendations that meet client requirements. Through strong client relationships and business development, you will identify new opportunities and promote the wider Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB) proposition to maximize opportunities and achieve growth targets. Based in Bournemouth, Chichester, Bristol, or Cardiff, this is a hybrid role requiring at least three days a week in the office.
