A leading training provider in Bournemouth is seeking an Employability Trainer to deliver impactful training sessions and one-on-one support. Responsibilities include facilitating employability skills, providing motivational support, and collaborating with teams. Ideal candidates will be skilled in digital technologies and experienced in training. The role offers a competitive salary range of £26,000 – £29,545 p.a. with great benefits including holiday leave, pension, and development opportunities.
We’re currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Employability Trainer to deliver a variety of training and one‑to‑one support to prepare participants for securing sustainable employment.
You’ll facilitate high quality and engaging sessions that develop participants’ employability skills, including interview techniques, job application tactics, confidence restoration sessions and the identification of transferable skills. You’ll also be responsible for teaching job searches via LinkedIn, Facebook and all other social‑media networks, and ensuring they have the right equipment.
You’ll provide motivational support to build positive relationships, guide, inspire, challenge, encourage and help individuals obtain sustainable employment.
Our ideal candidate will be able to utilise digital technologies and other channels, be fully IT literate in using a range of Microsoft Office programmes—including 365 products—and modern digital technologies such as Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business. We aren’t always looking for someone who ticks every single box—just an engaging personality, comfort working with a diverse group of people, and the ability to provide a warm and welcoming experience to help our customers in their first steps back into employment.
Delivery will be fast‑paced, with individuals joining a schedule of bite‑sized sessions in a “Learn and Go” delivery approach.
