Role details
  • Role: Emotional and Mental Health Support Worker
  • Location: Reading
  • Salary: £89-£100 per day
  • Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:00pm
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Ideal for: Psychology, Counselling, or Criminology Graduates or anyone wanting to support children with mental health needs
  • Experience: Preferred but not essential
Responsibilities
  • Assist with behaviour management
  • Provide support during lessons and throughout the school day
  • Collaborate with staff to implement individual support plans
  • Support children aged 5 to 11, including those facing Autism, ADHD, trauma, and behavioural challenges, in emotional regulation, learning, and overall well-being
