Job summary

A leading entertainment company based in London is seeking a Senior Compensation Manager to oversee a professional compensation service across EMEA. This role involves developing commercial compensation solutions and managing a team of analysts. Ideal candidates should have a degree, experience in compensation management, strong analytical skills, and a proficiency in HR systems. The position offers a hybrid work model, working four days in Hammersmith and one day from home.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience in compensation at the senior manager level.
  • Proven experience working in a multi-national, fast-paced, progressive commercial organization.
  • Working experience with compensation & benefits employee data maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the delivery of a professional and effective compensation service.
  • Develop tailored, commercially focused compensation solutions.
  • Line manage two analysts, including responsibility for work delegation.

Strong numerical and analytical skills
Team management experience
Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
Strong communication skills

Degree level or equivalent qualification
