Qualifications

• 5–10 years in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineer, TAM, Professional Services).
• Strong hands-on experience with REST APIs, microservices, cloud platforms and CI/CD.
• Familiarity with AWS/Azure/GCP, monitoring tools and modern integration practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand partner systems and requirements.
• Design integration approaches using REST APIs and cloud-native patterns.
• Act as the main technical contact for assigned ISV and embedded partners.
