A leading defense technology company in Barnstaple is seeking an Electronics Team Leader to manage electrical and electronic design across the full product lifecycle. You will lead a team, ensuring delivery to cost and quality standards while mentoring engineers and collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams. Electronics Team Leader will be based at our Barnstaplesite. This role allows for flexible working.
The salary for this role is up to £64k, depending on experience.
