Overview

Lead Production Engineer (Electronics) – Derbyshire/Notts. Salary: Competitive. Job Term: Full Time/Permanent.

Responsibilities

• Lead on all technical aspects of electronic manufacturing within the facility near Nottingham, reporting to the Managing Director.
• Take responsibility for and manage NPI, process and manufacturing improvements, and oversee sub-contracting/outsourcing as required; support staff training and development.
• Review, manage and develop the calibration function with the goal of ISO17025 accreditation and improved calibration throughput.
• Support quality management, maintaining ISO9001:2015 UKAS accreditation and improving day-to-day quality through staff training.
• Ensure products meet all relevant international standards and manage and develop the EU service centre.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher in Electronic Engineering or a related field.
• Industry experience is essential.
