We are looking for individuals passionate about the future of energy markets to join our Insights team. The ideal candidate will be able to express their views and perspectives on the market, and be committed to their own development and that of their team.

Responsibilities

• Work on challenging problems, delivering insights on market share, supply-side composition, price projections, energy storage, hydrogen, interconnectors, renewables, demand flexibility, decarbonisation, and asset risks.
• Develop market scenarios to support business decisions.
• Write industry-leading reports and produce impactful thought leadership on European wholesale markets and flexibility landscape.
• Collaborate with global colleagues to ensure a high-quality, integrated approach.

You will be at the forefront of power markets, using models to generate insights into future market evolution and become part of a motivated team.

Our Power Markets Modelling Experts leverage market intelligence, energy expertise, and advanced modelling tools to deliver insights across the energy industry, including:

• Wholesale electricity market projections
• Renewable capture prices and curtailment
• Guarantee of origin schemes
• Margins, revenue, and costs
• IRR for flexible resources

Skills and Experience
