Qualifications

• Qualified to an approved electrician grade (Recognised apprenticeship, NVQ3 or equivalent, completion of AM2 test).
• Have the relevant qualifications to become a QS for NICEIC.
• A proven track record of effectively managing cost and maximising efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning, programming, organising electrical resources and carrying out property surveys.
• Responsible for the organisation and deployment of staff and sub-contractors.
• Carry out pre and post inspections ensuring full compliance.

Skills

Qualified to an approved electrician grade

Extensive supervisory experience

Expert technical knowledge relating to the construction industry

Health & Safety knowledge relating to the construction industry

Well-developed commercial awareness

Education

Recognised apprenticeship, NVQ3 or equivalent
