Job summary

A leading electrical management firm is seeking an Electrical Project Supervisor based in Birmingham, with responsibilities spanning project leadership in Solar initiatives and overseeing maintenance for substantial student accommodation assets across the UK. The ideal candidate should have robust electrical experience and certifications. This role will entail 2 to 3 days on-site and 2 to 3 days of remote work, with necessary overnight stays, all supported by accommodation and sustenance provisions.

Job description

Electrical Project Supervisor - Midlands with UK wide travel c50k. Company van / pickup.

Our client manages the electrical policies, procedures and infrastructure for two large student accommodation portfolios, with approximately 77,000 beds across the UK.

They carry out fixed wire testing, board replacements, remedials as well as reactive and planned maintenance.

They also have several large Solar Projects taking off and require someone to lead on these too.

Expectation is for 2 / 3 days on site and 2 / 3 days at home or in the (Birmingham) office. You will be required to have overnight stays with accommodation and sustenance provided.

You will have experience in all aspects of the electrical trade, preferably qualified to NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor Level and preferably have been an LVAP or HVAP.

Knowledge and experience of delivering domestic / Commercial electrical work including emergency lighting.
