Are you a driven and experienced Electrical Project Manager ready to lead the delivery of a landmark commercial office development in one of the UK's most dynamic cities? We're looking for a talented individual to join one of our Tier 1 subcontracting clients on a flagship project in the heart of Cambridge.

This is a key leadership role within a fast-paced, technically complex build - ideal for someone who thrives under pressure and has a passion for delivering excellence.

The Role

As Electrical Project Manager, you\'ll take full ownership of the electrical package from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency throughout.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the full electrical scope on a multi-million-pound office project
• Leading site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Liaising with the main contractor and client representatives
• Driving programme, quality standards, and cost control
• Ensuring HSE compliance across all electrical activities
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and technical submittals
• Managing progress reports and project documentation

What We\'re Looking For

• Proven experience delivering electrical packages on commercial new build projects (£5m+ M&E value)
• A strong track record with a Tier 1 subcontractor or reputable M&E contractor
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Ability to coordinate with design, commercial, and construction teams
• ECS/CSCS card, SMSTS, and relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, HNC/HND)
