Job Description Electrical Maintenance Engineer- FM Service Provider - Manufacturing Environment - Southampton - Up to £38k

Fantastic opportunity to work for a leading FM Service provider situated in Southampton. CBW is currently recruiting for an Electrical Engineer to work on a manufacturing contract located in Southampton. You will provide an exceptional high standard of building services provision (planned and reactive) within a highly critical environment. You will be responsible for undertaking planned and reactive maintenance works to the Electrical, HVAC plant and associated equipment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballasts, Control panel, Power distribution)
  • Emergency lighting
  • Generator maintenance
  • UPS maintenance
  • Small works – new sockets, new lights, new circuits
  • Assisting in the mechanical maintenance on-site
  • Any reactive and planned maintenance on site
Hours of Work
  • Monday to Friday
  • 8am - 5pm
Requirements
  • Electrically qualified - You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
  • City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 Essential
  • City & Guild/NVQ Level 3 Essential
  • City & Guilds - 18th Edition
  • A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance
  • Installation experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Happy to cover a large site
  • Honest, hard-working and reliable
