About the Role

Spencer Ogden currently seeking experienced Installation Supervisors to support the construction of an onshore windfarm project in Scotland. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading renewable energy project, contributing to the safe and efficient installation of wind turbines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate on-site installation activities (mechanical or electrical).
  • Ensure compliance with project HSE, quality, and technical standards.
  • Manage subcontractors and coordinate with OEM teams.
  • Report progress and resolve any on-site technical or logistical issues.
  • Support commissioning and handover phases as required.
Candidate Requirements
  • Proven experience supervising wind turbine installation projects.
  • Strong background within the wind industry (onshore or offshore).
  • Recognised technical qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Valid UK driving licence and ability to work on a 3:1 rotation.
  • Must provide own PPE and 4x4 vehicle.
