Qualifications

• Proven ability to work independently and react quickly under pressure.
• Background in delivering high performance while leading from the front.
• Familiarity with GMP and KPI-focused environments.

Responsibilities

• Support and ensure lines are operating at maximum efficiency to meet production plans and quality standards.
• Lead and coordinate breakdown engineering activities and deliver right-first-time repairs.
• Complete root cause analysis and implement preventative solutions to reduce downtime.

Skills

Production line experience on high-speed packaging equipment in FMCG, food, or pharmaceutical sectors

Skilled in fault finding and developing PLC programs (Siemens S5 and S7)

Strong knowledge of AC/DC inverter drives and electrical systems in hazardous areas

Mechanical and pneumatic awareness with strong IT skills

Analytical mindset with a drive for continuous improvement

Education

Trained to an Electrical minimum craft level; ONC/HND preferred
